At the Botlek Business Park in the Rotterdam Harbor, Opensignage helps optimize internal communication. Screens have been installed in 17 spaces (spread across 3 buildings) and play an important role in displaying news about the business park, providing organization-related information, facility announcements, sharing anniversaries, promotions, or special achievements.

All screens are centrally managed through Opensignage's online management environment. Various playlists have been created per theme. This was consciously chosen because the type of information varies from videos to images to text messages. Now you can easily and quickly put all different file types into one playlist and even organize them by theme.

For example, there's a playlist with general information about the Botlek Business Park, but there are also playlists for specific information per organizational unit. Additionally, a 'celebrations' playlist has been created to highlight employees when they pass an exam or celebrate an anniversary.

Sharing achievements and cellebrations strengthens the 'team feeling'. One of the office managers says, "Employees enjoy seeing themselves on TV. New colleagues are introduced to the organization in this way, so everyone already knows them on their first day of work. They feel welcome right away."

Via the Photo Album app, photos of important events are displayed: "This way, we can relive the moments and share them with our colleagues who couldn't be present due to work commitments." Additionally, short videos of impressive tasks are shown via narrowcasting, sometimes prompting the question, "Is this live?"
